Main responsibilities

  • Application operation, support and maintenance;
  • Application monitoring;
  • Incident management;
  • Contribute to improve the software and to ensure its quality.


  • Solid experience in software programming (mandatory);
  • Availability to work flextime, on the weekends and at night, everytime is necessary (mandatory);
  • Good knowledge of SQL;
  • Solid experience in Oracle PL/SQL (nice to have);
  • Skills of application monitoring and incident management;
  • Skills of application installation, operation and support;
  • Ability to interact and communicate with clients;
  • Interest and sensitivity in the area of software integration and installations.
