Assure the project's plan elaboration and kick-off;
Define the project delivery roadmap;
Ensure compliance with the project schedule;
Monitor all project stages to mitigate risks and identify dependencies;
Assure client follow-up regarding the project’s development;
Contribute to promote and develop the Project Management Office according to the guidelines of management best practices;
Communicate regularly and keep a collaborative relationship with all parties involved.
Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in the Software Development industry (mandatory);
Project Management Professional certification (preferred);
Interest in financial markets and software development;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with different target groups;
Strong planning, adaptation, and interpersonal relationship capabilities;
Experience and knowledge of Agile practices, namely Scrum (preferred);
Fluency in English and Spanish;
Available to travel in Europe and Africa (African Portuguese speaking countries).
