Detect, monitor, solve and/or report application problems , sharing them with the relevant teams;
Provide support and advice to clients;
Conduct quality tests;
Produce documentation about new features and products (for example, user manuals);
Support the implementation of SIFOX® products, being able to collect, analyse, manage, and document requirements;
Train clients and coworkers.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics or similar (preferred);
Knowledge of financial markets and investment banking (preferred);
Taste for technology and software development;
Responsability and proactivity;
Strong analytical capabilities;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish (nice to have).
