Be the best company representative when giving client support;
Verify as well as share control and support files in a way to ensure the clients daily operations;
Introduce and verify information in SIFOX®;
Create reports for clients on pre-defined days;
Implement projects in clients and coordinate different parts of the process;
Support different processes managed by the Service Desk team.
High school diploma;
Strong knowledge of Spanish spoken and written (mandatory);
Strong knowledge of Excel will be valued;
Willing to learn, specifically about how to work with new software;
Good communication skills;
Costumer service interest and focus;
Teamwork and detail oriented;
The job schedule will be from Monday to Friday, between 13:00 and 22:00.
