Main responsibilities
Expandir
- Assure the project's plan elaboration and kick-off;
- Define the project delivery roadmap;
- Ensure compliance with the project schedule;
- Monitor all project stages to mitigate risks and identify dependencies;
- Assure client follow-up regarding the project’s development;
- Contribute to promote and develop the Project Management Office according to the guidelines of management best practices;
- Communicate regularly and keep a collaborative relationship with all parties involved.
Requirements

- Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in the Software Development industry (mandatory);
- Project Management Professional certification (preferred);
- Interest in financial markets and software development;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with different target groups;
- Strong planning, adaptation, and interpersonal relationship capabilities;
- Experience and knowledge of Agile practices, namely Scrum (preferred);
- Fluency in English and Spanish;
- Available to travel in Europe and Africa (African Portuguese speaking countries).
