Main responsibilities

  • Organize Employer Branding activities to promote talent attraction;
  • Lead company’s recruitment processes;
  • Guarantee the hiring process and the onboarding of new colleagues;
  • Support the administrative processes of HR department;
  • Organize events and activities of teambuilding;
  • Participate in the HR department activities.


  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or similar;
  • Strong ability to communicate (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills;
  • Advanced level of English language (spoken and written);
  • Good experience in MS Excel e MS PowerPoint;
  • Teamwork, organization and planning and proactivity;
  • Preference for managing recruitment process will be valued;
  • Previous experience in software houses (e.g. internships) will be valued.
