Main responsibilities

  • Assure the project's plan elaboration and kick-off;
  • Define the project delivery roadmap together with Product Owners as well as the Upgrade & Versions Manager;
  • Ensure the project schedule is fulfilled;
  • Monitor all project stages to mitigate risks and identify dependencies;
  • Assure client follow-up regarding the project’s development;
  • Contribute to promote and develop the Project Management Office according to the guidelines of management best practices;
  • Communicate regularly and keep a collaborative relation with Product Owners, Upgrade & Versions Manager, and Sales Manager.


  • Minimum two years work experience as a Project Manager (mandatory);
  • Project Management Professional certification (preferred);
  • Interest in financial markets and software development;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with different target groups;
  • Strong planning, adaptation, and interpersonal relationship capabilities;
  • Experience and knowledge of Agile practices, namely Scrum;
  • Communicate fluently in English and Spanish;
  • Available to travel in Europe and Africa (Portuguese speaking countries African).
