Assure the project's plan elaboration and kick-off;
Define the project delivery roadmap together with Product Owners as well as the Upgrade & Versions Manager;
Ensure the project schedule is fulfilled;
Monitor all project stages to mitigate risks and identify dependencies;
Assure client follow-up regarding the project’s development;
Contribute to promote and develop the Project Management Office according to the guidelines of management best practices;
Communicate regularly and keep a collaborative relation with Product Owners, Upgrade & Versions Manager, and Sales Manager.
Minimum two years work experience as a Project Manager (mandatory);
Project Management Professional certification (preferred);
Interest in financial markets and software development;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with different target groups;
Strong planning, adaptation, and interpersonal relationship capabilities;
Experience and knowledge of Agile practices, namely Scrum;
Communicate fluently in English and Spanish;
Available to travel in Europe and Africa (Portuguese speaking African countries).
